Infinite Resources: The MC can duplicate Spirit Stones, Pills, Talismans, and even rare materials daily.
Weak to Strong: Starting with poor aptitude (Four Spirit Roots) and rising to the top by forcibly upgrading talent using resources.
Pet/Army Building: Raising a mutated, intelligent Raven and commanding a legion of wind-blade-spitting crows.
Dual Cultivation: Orthodox Qi Refining on the surface, Demonic Blood Refining in the shadows.
Cautious Protagonist: Smart, low-key (“Gou” style), and decisive when threatened. No naive mercy.
【Synopsis】 Han Yu was a bottom-tier Handyman Disciple in Wanchun Valley, destined to toil in the Spirit Fields until old age with his poor Four Spirit Roots aptitude. That is, until he discovered a mysterious power in his right hand: The ability to duplicate any item he touches.
While other disciples fight to the death for a single Spirit Stone, Han Yu eats rare pills like candy. While geniuses boast of their natural talents, Han Yu uses a forbidden “Spirit Root Refining Art”—fueled by infinite duplicated Blood Essence—to painfully smelt his own Spirit Roots and defy the heavens to upgrade his aptitude.
But the Cultivation World is treacherous. Spies from rival sects infiltrate the valley, and war is on the horizon. To survive, Han Yu must walk a fine line. By day, he is a humble, hardworking Orthodox farmer. By night, he cultivates forbidden Demonic techniques and commands a terrifying army of Spirit Crows in the shadows.
“I do not seek trouble, but if you threaten my path to immortality, my crows will pick your bones clean.”
【Who is this NOT for?】
Not for Harem seekers: The MC focuses on survival and power, not collecting jade beauties.
Not for Instant-OP lovers: While the cheat is strong, the MC grows steadily and logically. He doesn’t become a God in Chapter 1.
Not for “Hero” lovers: The MC uses Demonic arts (Blood Refining) and is willing to kill to protect his secrets. He is not a saint.

Chapter 205: All Because of Him Alone

“I surrender,” Qi Feiyan said, dragging the catatonic Hua Qi out of the office. “Wanchun Valley prides itself on righteousness. Give us a way to live, and I will cooperate.”

Sect Leader Qi considered this. “If you cooperate fully, we can imprison you and seal your cultivation. Your lives will be spared.”

Qi Feiyan glanced at the little girl, Ji Qingling.

The child sneered. “Why look at me? If you want to die, keep resisting.”

She glared at Qi Feiyan with adult contempt. “If you hadn’t wasted time trying to seduce Lu Yun, we wouldn’t be in this mess. If you hadn’t opened your mouth to taunt them, I wouldn’t have been exposed.”

With a scowl, the girl dropped a thumb-sized, diamond-shaped artifact from her sleeve.

Qi Feiyan hesitated, then sighed. She retracted her claws from Hua Qi’s neck and removed the wooden hairpin from her hair, dropping both.

Clatter.

The moment the artifacts touched the ground, Golden Core pressure slammed down.

Both spies were instantly sealed. Their Spiritual Energy was locked, their bodies immobilized.

Hua Qi screamed. He clutched his head, collapsing to the ground in convulsions before passing out.

“What did you do?” Sect Leader Qi demanded, tightening the pressure on Qi Feiyan.

“It’s the backlash of the enslavement art,” Qi Feiyan gasped, wincing. “He will sleep it off. He’ll remember everything I did to him, though. It’s a crude technique; if I could enslave people without consequences, I would have turned half your sect by now.”

Sect Leader Qi scanned Hua Qi. Physically unharmed, just mentally traumatized. He nodded to the elders.

“You are from the Central Heaven Domain,” Qi stated.

“Don’t ask directly!” the child, He De, interrupted sharply. “If we speak certain keywords, the poison in our blood triggers instantly. We die, you get nothing.”

“Then how do we proceed?” Elder Yan asked.

“You ask indirectly. We answer indirectly. Or we nod and shake our heads,” He De said, her childish face grim.

“Great Sects indeed,” Elder Yan muttered. “If we had such strict controls, maybe we wouldn’t have so many rats in our walls.”

Sect Leader Qi adjusted his approach.

“You are not from the Southern Region. You come from one of the Nine Great Sects?”

Both women nodded.

“One of the Demonic Sects?”

They nodded again.

“You came for the Ancestral Tree Earth Vein?”

To the shock of everyone present, both women shook their heads.

Not the Earth Vein? Song Wanxiong’s dying accusation had been wrong—or a lie.

The three elders exchanged bewildered glances. If not the strategic resource, then what?

“Why target Wanchun Valley?” Qi asked.

The spies froze. They couldn’t nod or shake their heads.

“Because,” He De said carefully, “you harbor a person of interest. Someone we must investigate and monitor.”

A person?

The elders connected the dots instantly. The Little Sky Net Sect sent Lin Lingxiu to challenge Han Yu. Qi Feiyan targeted Hua Qi and Lu Yun—both connected to Han Yu.

“You are here… for Han Yu?”

Both women nodded.

Silence descended on the courtyard. It was heavy, suffocating, and utterly absurd.

Two spies from the Great Sects of the Central Heaven Domain had infiltrated Wanchun Valley, risking war and death… not for the sect’s ancient foundation, not for territory, but for a single Qi Refining disciple?

Elder Lü’s face went pale. His Spiritual Energy flared erratically. “Sect Leader! My disciple… he is innocent! He has done nothing!”

Sect Leader Qi shot him a calming look. “Peace, Elder Lü. Do you think I would sacrifice our own to appease these monsters?”

He turned back to the spies, his gaze intense. “Han Yu is a genius, yes. But compared to the prodigies of the Central Heaven Domain, he is a country bumpkin. Why him? What makes him so special?”

He De pointed to her mouth and shook her head. Forbidden topic.

Qi Feiyan, however, decided to dance on the edge of the knife.

“The Myriad Phenomena Sect has a prophecy,” she said softly. “They say he is destined to bring calamity to the world. That he holds the potential to overthrow the Nine Great Sects.”

Calamity to the world? Overthrow the Nine Great Sects?

Elder Lü’s jaw dropped. My disciple? The kid who farms and raises crows?

He didn’t know whether to be terrified or bursting with pride.

“You can say ‘Myriad Phenomena Sect’?” Sect Leader Qi asked, surprised.

“We hate them,” Qi Feiyan sneered. “Hypocrites. They pretend to be righteous, but their methods are as dirty as ours. As long as we don’t name our sect, the oath holds.”

“So the Righteous and Demonic paths are enemies there too,” Qi mused.

“Usually,” Qi Feiyan admitted. “But this time… it is a rare alliance.”

The elders felt a chill. An alliance of Great Sects, targeting their tiny corner of the world.

“And you believe this prophecy?” Sect Leader Qi asked skeptically. “A single boy destroying the world?”

“Usually, we wouldn’t,” He De piped up. “But part of the prophecy already came true. The Nine Sects are currently… struggling… with another individual predicted by the stars. They are scared. They don’t want another one rising up.”

“So they sent us to find the others.”

“Find?” Elder Lü latched onto the word. “Not ‘confirm’?”

“You aren’t sure it’s him!” Lü shouted triumphantly. “You’re just fishing! You suspect him because he’s talented, but you have no proof!”

“True,” He De shrugged. “But the Myriad Phenomena Sect ran the numbers. In the entire Southern Domain, only Han Yu fits the profile of an ‘anomaly.’ It has to be him.”

“Logic won’t save him,” she added boredly. “The Great Sects don’t need proof. They kill on suspicion.”

Elder Lü gritted his teeth. “Fanatics! They ruin lives over bad weather reports!”

“Calm down,” Sect Leader Qi ordered. He looked at the spies. “Who else is involved?”

“One other sect,” He De said. “The three bordering the Southern Domain are all in on it.”

“How did you infiltrate? How did you bypass our inspections?”

Both women shook their heads violently. Death.

“Can the poison in your blood be neutralized?” Qi asked.

The spies stared at him.

Is he serious? He De thought. He wants to save us? What kind of soft-hearted sect is this?

They shook their heads. “No one in the Southern Domain can break a Central Heaven seal. We are dead women walking. We just want to live a few more days.”

Sect Leader Qi sighed. “Did you kill the real Ji Qingling?”

“She never existed,” He De said. “We brainwashed the locals to create a backstory. Ji Yida’s family is long gone.”

“And you?” Qi asked, looking at the child. “Who are you really? How do you maintain this form?”

He De covered her mouth. Secret technique.

“Aside from Hua Qi’s hand… how many people have you killed?”

The two women fell silent.

To reach Foundation Establishment in a Demonic Sect? The body count was high.

Sect Leader Qi didn’t press further. He had enough.

“Take them away,” he ordered. “Isolate them. Strip them of everything.”

He turned to the shaken Li Yunxia and the unconscious Hua Qi. “Take them to the main peak for purification. Ensure no lingering curses remain.”

Later, in the Main Hall.

The atmosphere was heavy. The leadership of Wanchun Valley—three Golden Core and four Foundation Establishment elders—sat in silence.

“We know why we are targeted,” Sect Leader Qi said finally. “And we know why they haven’t simply crushed us yet—the Giant Demon Star is keeping their main forces busy in the Central Heaven Domain.”

“But they know about Han Yu.”

Qi looked around the room. “What do we do?”
